Denzel Cherry, Physical Therapist has had an interest in Physical Therapy since a young age, having played sports his entire life. After earning a BS in Biology and Exercise Science from the State University of New Paltz University, Dr. Cherry received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College. His clinical work has covered a broad spectrum of specializations, ranging from inpatient, sub-acute, SCI, TBI, CVA, outpatient sports and geriatric care. He specializes in treating conditions of the hip, knee, shoulder, ankle, and spine, as well as post-surgical rehab. By combining manually therapy techniques with therapeutic and strengthening exercise Dr. Cherry believes patient education is essential to their rehab. Dr. Cherry believes in an enthusiastic, empathetic approach to physical therapy. As every client is unique, his work focuses on creating customized programs to eliminate pain, improve function and reach individual goals.
